Participants will learn the porcelain techniques for, (1) 2 minimal prep veneers, micro-layer 2 CUZR crowns. Dr. McLaren will also Demo, and the participants will do his version of the “THE TISSUE” tooth, which is a complete tooth built up on a tissue. It is a great exercise in total tooth form and color. Also covered in great detail will be concepts of layering based on color development by a system called “The Contrast Zone System” to create lifelike ceramics. THE COURSE RUNS FROM 9AM TO 7PM both days TO GET IN ALL THE VALUABLE INFORMATION.

Topics covered:

Dr. Ed McLaren is a Prosthodontist and master ceramist, he has written over 90 articles and published one book on his techniques and research related topics. He was the founder and first director of the UCLA Center for Esthetic Dentistry that provides a full-time residency in esthetic dentistry and also mini-residencies for practicing dentists. He was the founder and first director of the UCLA Master Dental ceramist program, which provides full-time and mini-residency programs for lab technicians.
